How can we pay for our day?
All bookings for the day must be paid by cash or credit card.

Are we allowed to eat and drink in the car or minibus?
Yes you are, but all cleaning costs will be charged for so please avoid drinks like red wine as the stains sometimes can not be removed.

If we are having a good time will the driver wait for us until we are finished?
Yes that’s not a problem you will have his mobile number, just let him know. Waiting time is charged at £7.50 per 15 minutes which will be charged to the original credit card or payable in cash on the day.

Can we make extra stops on the return journey?
Yes you can extra mileage is charged at £2.00 per mile which will be charged to the original credit card or payable in cash on the day.

How long is a days hire?
A days hire is 8 hours and half days hire is 4 hours from the time of your pickup to the time you are dropped off. Extra hours are charged at £7.50 per 15 minutes.

Who pays for parking?

Other highlights include The King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes in mid July, the best race and highest rated race in the UK and one of the top races in the world and The Queen Elizabeth II Stakes in late September, the top mile race in the Europe.

Highlights of the jump season include the highest class two mile handicap chase of the British season, the Victor Chandler Chase followed by Ascot’s premier jump race, the Betfair Ascot Chase (Grade 1) in February. The December race meeting hosts the Ladbroke Handicap Hurdle and the BGC Long Walk Hurdle (Grade 1).

With a history dating back almost two centuries, Cheltenham has become synonymous with world class National Hunt horse racing, and from Tuesday 16 March to Friday 19 March 2010 a staggering 230,000 people will descend on Gloucestershire’s spa town for the world-famous spectacle of The Festival.

Encompassing the internationally-renowned Cheltenham Gold Cup 2010, the four-day event will see more than 25 world-class races take place in 2010, with almost £600 million being waged on some of the world’s finest race horses as they speed around Cheltenham Racecourse’s Old Course, New Course and Cross Country Steeplechase Course.
